**What you will do:** + Support internal communication campaigns and events (e.g. newsletters, intranet, town halls, engagement initiatives) + Create and edit content for Viva Engage, SharePoint and visual materials (posters, slides, videos) + Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs + Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups and project teams on engagement activities + Support daily administrative and creative tasks within the team **What we are looking for:** + Student of communication, psychology, HR or related fields + Strong communication and writing skills (Polish & English) + Creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for teamwork + Interest in employer branding, employee experience, or internal culture Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
