Join the SS&C Academy team at ASML and help create engaging content that makes onboarding and learning clear and inspiring. In this internship, you will design communication materials and videos that support global learning initiatives. Your work will help new employees feel connected and confident from day one. Your assignment

You will support the team in developing written and visual content for onboarding and training. You will also help maintain our internal platforms and create videos that bring learning to life.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Develop written and visual content for onboarding and training programs

Set up and maintain the SS&C Academy SharePoint page

Write and edit newsletters, FAQs, and email communications

Brainstorm, record, and edit video content for training and introductions

Create templates for presentations and visuals

Design infographics and other learning materials

Collaborate with team members to improve communication formats

This is a bachelor’s or master’s internship for a minimum of 6 months, at least 4 days per week (minimum 2/3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is February 2026.

Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:

You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, media, or a related field such as Communication, Media and Information, Creative Business, Communication and Multimedia Design, or Digital Media & Visual Design.

Have strong English writing and speaking skills (C1 level)

Are creative, structured, and proactive in your approach

Enjoy working with video and visual design tools

Collaborate well and bring fresh ideas to the table

Technical skills that help you succeed:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop

Canva or Figma for visual design

SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools

Other requirements you need to meet:

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
