Job Description

Oaks Melbourne Southbank Suites is seeking a Common Area Cleaner / Houseperson to join our hardworking and friendly Housekeeping Team.

Ensure public and common areas of the hotel are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards.Use specialised equipment and cleaning agents safely and effectively.Assist guests and staff with a friendly and helpful attitude.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to deliver efficient, timely service.Report maintenance issues or lost property promptly and follow proper procedures.Safeguard hotel property, keys, and adhere to security and health & safety protocols.Attend daily briefings and contribute to the overall housekeeping success.
