D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for aCommitment Desk Team Leadfor theirSecondary Marketing(Financial Services) Department. The right candidate will assist Commitment Desk Manager in managing the Commitment Desk; ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Make sure quotes, locks, lock mods are being done correctly and timelyReview staff performance for accuracy and efficiencyTrain new Commitment Desk employees and maintain training materialAssist the Commitment Desk Manager with incoming calls and requests from Branch Manager and Regional ManagersAssist in answering questions from the Commitment DeskResearch, analyze and compare rate and prices offered by Investors and LendersCreate and distribute announcements and other written forms of communicationAssist in new investor and program roll-outsBe a positive example in the department with respect to reliability, performance, attitude and knowledgeProvide price and lock training for new hire training classes and maintain materialsDevelop and implement strategies to improve efficiencies and minimize risksSupervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
