Commissions Analyst
Commissions Analyst St. Louis, MO Description + Manage the full lifecycle of distributor commission processes from start to finish. + Support the forecasting of commission receivables to aid in financial planning and cash flow management. + Ensure all commission activities comply with Emerson’s established guidelines and standards. + Accurately process and record commission bookings in accordance with company policies. + Track commission earnings and perform reconciliations between calculated amounts and payments issued. + Analyze sales data and commission calculations to verify accuracy and maintain clean financial records. + Partner with Experitec Sales teams and Emerson counterparts to resolve discrepancies and enhance commission-related workflows. + Maintain organized documentation, monitor workflow efficiency, and recommend continuous process improvements. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting + 5+ years of relevant experience + Experience navigating ERP systems Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
