Commissions Analyst St. Louis, MO Description + Manage the full lifecycle of distributor commission processes from start to finish. + Support the forecasting of commission receivables to aid in financial planning and cash flow management. + Ensure all commission activities comply with Emerson’s established guidelines and standards. + Accurately process and record commission bookings in accordance with company policies. + Track commission earnings and perform reconciliations between calculated amounts and payments issued. + Analyze sales data and commission calculations to verify accuracy and maintain clean financial records. + Partner with Experitec Sales teams and Emerson counterparts to resolve discrepancies and enhance commission-related workflows. + Maintain organized documentation, monitor workflow efficiency, and recommend continuous process improvements.
