Reporting to the Global Commission Manager, the Commission Analyst will be working as a member of the payroll and commissions team, you will primarily be focused on commissions and assist in payroll functions. Your role is critical in ensuring our sales associates are appropriately compensated and ensuring that we comply with contractual agreements and sales compensation plans by accurately analyzing and processing payments and statements within established timeframes. Interfacing with multiple functions, you’ll implement procedures and controls and maintain our supporting systems. Having a focus on process improvement, building working relationships, and collaborating across functional groups to be more efficient and accurate.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Manages commission plans, tracking changes, seeking approvals for progressionConduct analysis and provide recommendations to conference leaders on ability to move to full commission.Makes modifications to the sales commission portal (SCP) as necessary based on commission plans, conference leader requests, conducting back dating calculations for post-dated requests.Analyze, compile and track all technicians, funding and related calculations, updating SCP and D365 with ChemTreat funding obligation.Assists in calculating commissions to sales associates based on individual commission plan provisions and submits data to Payroll for paymentProvides excellent customer service to sales representatives regarding questions related to commission, accounts, territories, splits, rates – collaborating with accounts receivable, customer support, compliance, payroll and HR to effectively solve problems and assure accurate compensation.Resolves reconciliation issues and processing exceptions related to commission data.Provide support to Compliance, Accounting, FP&A, and Accounts Receivable in creation of expense files that are processed in SCP.Conduct analysis of expense files, funds ChemTreat recovers, reporting for end of month close FP&A analysis.Provides backup and support to the Global Commissions ManagerProvide support to bi-weekly payroll processing including yearend activities and projectsProvide cross-functional support regarding commissions and related inquires and requestsThe essential requirements of the job include:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $77,000 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
