Commissions Analyst, Sales Operations (Remote)
Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite

*While this is a remote position, the preferred candidate will reside on Eastern or Central Time Zone to support business needs.

The Commissions Analyst, Sales Operations, supports the administration of sales incentives and compensation plans within the Medical Division. This role ensures timely and accurate commission payroll processing and contributes to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and overall effectiveness

What you will do:

Assist in the administration and processing of commission and incentive compensation in alignment with plan guidelines and business policies.Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and the Commissions Systems team to troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and improve workflows.Compile, validate, and calculate commission payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools to track compensation metrics and performance data.Analyze sales compensation data to identify discrepancies or trends, and summarize findings for management.Research and resolve compensation-related issues by investigating data discrepancies and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.Act as a subject matter expert on compensation policies and practices Ensure plan documents, business rules, and related documentation are accurate and updated to reflect current policies.Collaborate across departments to provide recommendations on process improvements and best practices for incentive plan execution.Ensure accurate validation of compensation plans prior to payment release. Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as requested by sales leadership or management.Maintain a high level of internal customer service by working collaboratively, acting with integrity, and providing timely support

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree required.Basic understanding of business strategy, financial strategy, and results, and reporting preferred.Proficient in MS Excel and ability to analyze and validate large amounts of data.Experience working in a remote setting, via internship or professional experience

Preferred:

Previous experience with sales commissions software (SAPC, Varicent, Callidus, etc.)Experience in finance, sales operations, sales compensation, or sales support

$58,700 - $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
