Commissioning Technician
Job Title: Commissioning Lead Technician

Job Description

As a Commissioning Lead Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting system operational issues that impact system operation and energy efficiency. You will perform equipment startups, test & balance activities, and functional performance tests. Additionally, you will prepare commissioning reports and maintain commissioning issues lists.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot system operational issues affecting system operation and energy efficiency.Conduct equipment startups, test & balance activities, and functional performance tests.Prepare detailed commissioning reports.Maintain and update commissioning issues lists.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in commissioning, building automation and controls.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, HVAC, and lighting controls.Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in Energy Auditing, Building Commissioning, and/or Retro-Commissioning.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with ground-up construction projects is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
