Overview:

Airswift is seeking a seasoned Commissioning Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and oversee the commissioning of complex infrastructure systems across datacenter, hospital, and high-tech environments. The successful candidate will ensure all utilities, equipment, and control systems are tested, validated, and operationally ready in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: Manage commissioning activities for HVAC, BMS, fire protection, electrical, and cleanroom systems. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and client teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and documentation. Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and handover protocols. Ensure systems meet regulatory, safety, and performance standards. Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support during commissioning phases. Maintain accurate records and reporting throughout the commissioning lifecycle. Preferred Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of commissioning experience in infrastructure projects. Proven track record in datacenter or hospital commissioning environments. Strong familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), cleanroom environments, and multi-vendor coordination. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Demonstrated ability to manage complex commissioning schedules and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
