COMMISSIONING LEAD (TELECOM & CYBERSECURITY)

Airswift is seeking for a COMMISSIONING LEAD (TELECOM & CYBERSECURITY)
to work with our client based in QATAR. 

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering 8 years experience with relevant certifications (CCNA, IEC 62443, etc.) including 1 year experience in a supervisory role. Experience with commissioning execution of Telecom equipment packages such as RADIO (UHF/VHF, VHF MARINE), RACON, ACS, PAGA, Data LAN & WAN, Meteorological, CCTV, Telephone, etc., including fabrication yard and onshore and offshore, and interface work with other contractors. FO cable familiarity with OTDR and power meter test (preparation, execution, and acceptance criteria). Hands-on experience with ICS (Industrial Control System) Network and Cybersecurity (Familiarity with IEC62443 will be advantageous). Experience with network firewalls, L2/L3 network implementation, and troubleshooting. Experience implementing End-Point security and system backup solutions. Experience as an interface focal point with multiple contractors on preparation and execution phases, including SIMOPS. Experience managing EPC contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors involved at many locations. Familiar with system completion database. Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications, International standards, and a working knowledge of Industry standards. Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies. Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures. Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and systems completion. Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements, including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance. Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc. Experience working in large-scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc. Experience in start-up support to Operation.
Responsibilities Manage all execution of Telecom packages and ICSS cyber activities to achieve commissioning schedule on target, maximizing onshore commissioning activities vs offshore with all safety requirements (including SIMOPS). Monitor the vendor's activities during SAT, Punchlist clearance, OTP, etc. Monitor the contractor telecom and ICSS cybersecurity commissioning activities, ensuring the commissioning methodology of the project is respected and the system database is used properly. Maintain company strict Cybersecurity requirements/practices as per Company standards and policies, International Cybersecurity standard IEC 62443, and framework during commissioning/execution. Monitor Cybersecurity implementation for ICSS systems, which comprises of DCS, IPS, FGS, Control systems for Electrical such as ELICS, and also third-party packages (e.g., HIPPS, PLC, etc.). Monitor network firewalls, L2/L3/L3.5 network implementation, and troubleshooting. Ensure that the required telecom commissioning spare parts and special tools are available. Review and approve telecom and cybersecurity commissioning deliverables provided by EPC Contractor. Provide guidance and timely review on the contractor’s commissioning execution plan and processes, verifying fitness for purpose and compliance with contract requirements, including codes and standards. Maintain a register of lessons learned related to telecom packages and cybersecurity for commissioning.
