The Commissioning Electrical Supervisor (based in China) is responsible for supervising and coordinating all Electrical discipline activities during the construction, pre?commissioning, and commissioning phases of an offshore/onshore energy project. This role ensures that all Electrical systems and equipment are installed, tested, energized, and commissioned safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with HSSE requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.

You will manage daily site operations for Electrical works, including power distribution systems, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, lighting, cabling, grounding, and associated electrical packages. The role requires close coordination with construction teams, engineering, commissioning personnel, and vendor specialists to ensure smooth progression from mechanical completion through energization and into full commissioning readiness.

Key responsibilities include leading system walkdowns, verifying electrical checksheets, managing punch items, monitoring permit?to?work activities, ensuring safe energization procedures, and supporting troubleshooting during testing and commissioning phases. Regular progress reporting, strict adherence to HSSE protocols, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, procedures, and commissioning execution plans are essential components of the role.
