Review employee pay plans to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and guidelines based on department and position.Accurately enter, update, and end-date pay plans within the electronic database as required.Prepare and reconcile end-of-period commission reports; verify accuracy and distribute to department managers for employee review and confirmation.Record additional end-of-period bonuses, ensuring proper supporting documentation is received and validated from department managers.Prepare and post final commission entries to the appropriate general ledger accounts.Assist in resolving discrepancies or questions related to commission processing in a timely manner.Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

 

High School Diploma or equivalentProficient in MS OfficeStrong MultitaskerDetail OrientedAbility to adapt to changing processes

 

Relevant Experience – preferred, not required:

Dealership experienceAccounting experiencePayroll experienceCustomer service experience
