Commission AnalystWhat does a successful Commission Analyst do at Fiserv?
Commission Analyst will be responsible for calculating, analysing, and processing commission payments for our external sales channels. The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Finance and offshore peers to ensure accurate payouts, resolve discrepancies, and support the Commission Manager in management of the commission process.
What You Will Do:
Commission Calculation & Processing
Prepare and maintain commission templatesAccurately calculate monthly commissions based on complex compensation plansEnsure timely and error-free commission payoutStakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Sales and Relationship Management to interpret compensation plans and resolve disputesServe as a liaison between Sales, Relationship Management and external partners and the offshore back-office teamSystem & Process Management
Maintain and enhance the existing commission process and assist the Commissions Manager with automation of the processCompliance & Documentation
Ensure commission practices align with internal policiesMaintain thorough documentation of commission structures and approvalsWhat You Will Need To Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field3–4 years of experience in commission analysis, financial operations, or compensationAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros); experience with BI tools is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWhat Would Be Great To Have:
