Delaware North Travel is searching for a Commissary Manager to join our team at Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Commissary Manager, you will partner with the concessions and warehouse team to effectively oversee their operations at Atlanta Airport. On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Train and develop commissary team members in line with company policies and procedures.Coordinate and supervise activities of commissary team members on event days.Purchase, receive, and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoices.Produce monthly commissary inventory and various operational reports.Monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation.Will be required to drive company vehicles within airport grounds and surrounding areas to transport food, supplies, and equipment between the commissary andt erminals, ensuring timely and secure delivery in compliance with airport and TSA regulations.Other duties assigned.

More about youMinimum of three years’ previous supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary environment.No college degree required.Previous experience with inventory distribution.Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures.Strong computer skills with the Windows platform, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license.Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical requirementsAbility to bend, reach, and lift to 50 lbs.Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
