**Description:**
The Commissary Cook is responsible for the preparation, portioning, and delivery of food requisitions to all Food & Beverage outlets across the property. This role supports the efficient operation of the commissary by ensuring each venue receives the correct products in proper condition and on time.

**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum 1-2 years experience in commercial kitchen or food service operations
+ Valid food handler's certification
+ Knowledge of basic food safety and proper food handling techniques
+ Ability to follow recipes and portioning specifications accurately
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
+ Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills
