Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is prompt, professional, and welcomingGreet guests warmly and create a comfortable, friendly atmosphere throughout their dining experienceDemonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to confidentlyassistand guide guestsFollow departmental standard operating procedures tomaintainconsistent service excellenceWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service flow and smooth operationsMaintain cleanliness and presentation standards in line with Hyatt brand expectations

About You
