The Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz is expanding its culinary portfolio with an extraordinary highlight: Neora is the first modern Greek restaurant to open in the Engadin. To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Commis de Rang for the coming winter season 2025/2026 for the opening of our Greek restaurant Neora!

Key Responsibilities\nServing meals & announcing at the table\nBread, butter and water service\nFood running from the kitchen pass to the Neora restaurant\nSupporting the chef de rang in evening service\nDaily mise en place work\nCleaning work in the restaurant and office\n

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompleted training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy\nAbility to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness\nStructured and organised way of working\nGreat interest in team-oriented work\nYour motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest\nVery good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable\n
