**Description:** We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Commis de Cuisine to join our professional kitchen team. **Your Responsibilities** + Prepare mise en place for both cold and hot kitchen sections + Assist in the preparation and production of dishes for à la carte service, banquets, and buffets + Work across all areas of the kitchen operation + Support product and goods quality control + Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards + Handle food products and kitchen equipment responsibly + Assist Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations + Support and guide culinary apprentices when required **Qualifications:** **Your Profile** + Completed culinary apprenticeship or equivalent professional qualification + Initial experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants is an advantage + Passion for gastronomy and high-quality food products + Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence + Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure + Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset + Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays **Primary Location:** CH-ZH-Zurich **Organization:** Park Hyatt Zurich **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Stewarding **Req ID:** ZUR001218 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
