Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Commis de Cuisine to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will support the culinary team in the daily preparation and production of dishes ensuring culinary excellence for an exceptional guest dining experience

Key expectations:

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant is an advantageCulinary diploma or relevant vocational training preferredBasic knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniquesStrong passion for gastronomy and willingness to learn and growAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standards environmentMaintain excellent cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstationsAdhere strictly to food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards at all times


Profile:

Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environmentFormal culinary training or recognized culinary qualification preferredPassion for food, creativity, and continuous learningExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
