**Description:**
+ Assist and preparing ingredients and cooking food items according to the recipe and standard to deliver quality of food.
+ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standard in the kitchen
+ Support the team during busy period and ensure timely service
+ Good communication skills
+ Ability to work in past-paced environment
+ Flexibility to work various shifts.
**Qualifications:**
+ 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
+ Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge
+ Knowledge on Chinese, Asian and Thai Cuisines
