Responsibilities:

Assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchenProducing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienicallyMaintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standardsUsing all equipment, tools, and machines appropriatelyWorking closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staffMaintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests

 

 

About You:

Have a minimum of 6 months full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role with a background in the grill, banquet, breakfast, and preparation sectionsStrong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressureSkilled in time management and organisation
