What will I be doing?

A Commis Chef will supervise and ensure high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent service to team members.

 Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Ensure all food preparation meets our required standardsPrepare and present high quality foodKeep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contaminationPrepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menusEnsure foods  are of a good quality and stored correctlyAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsAssist Head Chef/Sous Chef & Chef de partie in the training of all staff in compliance of company proceduresReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issuesComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
