We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen at Miraval The Red Sea - a luxury wellness resort committed to mindful living, balance, and exceptional culinary experiences.
What we're looking for:Chef with a good knowledge of international cooking skills, who is driven by innovation, precision, and a wellness-focused food philosophy.
Key responsibilities: Execute high-quality production. Support the head chef in daily operations. Bring creative input aligned with international trends and healthy indulgence. Maintain the standards of hygiene and kitchen health and safety. Qualifications Education & experience: Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within a luxury resort or wellness-focused environment. Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and preparation techniques. Skills & attributes: Passion for culinary arts and eagerness to learn from senior chefs. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and mindful attitude. Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail and consistency. Willingness to support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and calm kitchen environment aligned with Miraval's philosophy of balance and mindfulness.
