Qualifications:

Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Culinary or Hospitality.
Prior experience in similar capacity in a 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain will be advantage.
Good knowledge of hygiene, preparation techniques and cooking procedures
A great team player with good communication skills
