We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Commis – All Day Dining Restaurant to join our dynamic Culinary team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

The All Day Dining Restaurant is a large-scale, high-volume operation with approximately 220 seating capacity, offering exposure to fast-paced kitchen environments and diverse culinary experiences—an excellent opportunity for Commis chefs to develop strong fundamentals in professional hospitality kitchens.

The Commis – All Day Dining Restaurant will support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, assisting in food preparation, mise en place, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the assigned kitchen section. This role is essential in ensuring consistent food quality and smooth kitchen operations in line with Hyatt International’s brand standards.
