Join our culinary team as a Commis 1 in our vibrant Thai Kitchen located in the beautiful Mai Khao, Thailand. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to assist in the preparation of authentic Thai cuisine in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Thai dishes, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and meatsFollow recipes and chef's instructions to prepare basic components of Thai dishesMaintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsAssist in the proper storage and labeling of ingredients and prepared foodsOperate and maintain basic kitchen equipmentCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during serviceLearn and apply Thai culinary techniques under the guidance of senior chefsAssist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
