Description Overview: Robert Half has partnered with a well-regarded property management company in San Diego seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of office and retail properties across the region. The ideal candidate is an experienced, proactive professional with excellent tenant relations, operational oversight, and financial management skills. Key Responsibilities: + Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties in the greater San Diego area. + Maintain positive tenant relationships through timely communication, service request coordination, and problem resolution. + Oversee vendor contracts, property maintenance, and repair projects to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. + Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and track income and performance metrics. + Handle lease administration, including tenant move-ins/move-outs, lease compliance, and rent collections. + Perform routine property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and appearance standards. + Assist with lease renewals and collaborate with leasing agents to meet occupancy goals. + Review monthly financials, reconcile CAM expenses, and generate reports for ownership. + Ensure all properties are in compliance with local codes, insurance requirements, and company policies. Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in commercial property management (office, retail, or mixed-use). + Strong working knowledge of lease agreements, building operations, and budgeting. + Exceptional organizational, communication, and tenant relations skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI). + Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. + California Real Estate License preferred (or must obtain within 6 months of hire).
