Over de functie

Als Commercieel Medewerker Buitendienst ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor ZZP’ers, kleine schildersbedrijven en andere kopende relaties binnen jouw regio. Je bouwt actief aan duurzame klantrelaties, doet acquisitie bij potentiële klanten en vertaalt hun behoeften naar passende productoplossingen. Je werkt zelfstandig, stelt jaarlijks een salesplan op en zorgt dat commerciële doelstellingen worden behaald.

Wat ga je doen?

Actieve acquisitie en relatiebeheer binnen het toegewezen gebied.Adviseren over Sigma- en non-paint-producten en hun toepassingen.Ondersteunen bij systeemkeuzes voor onderhouds- en nieuwbouwprojecten.Opstellen van verf technische en kleuradviezen.Organiseren en uitvoeren van demonstraties van applicatietechnieken.Beheren en uitbreiden van het Eigen Zaak concept.Behandelen van eenvoudige klachten en signaleren van klantbehoeften.Rapporteren over marktontwikkelingen en klantfeedback.Bijhouden van ons relatiebeheersysteem Clientlink.

Wat breng je mee?

MBO werk- en denkniveau.Minimaal 3 jaar commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in de verf- of bouwsector.Ervaring met het werken in een relatiebeheersysteem (Clientlink).Ondernemend, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.Proactief, verantwoordelijk en gericht op continue verbetering.Teamspeler met een klantgerichte instelling.
