Lead Lenovo's overseas commercialization efforts by managing a high-performing team and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and maximize business impact. Own key business metrics including ARPU, revenue, gross profit, and ROI, while developing innovative, scalable commercial strategies that align with market trends and customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Independently lead a cross-functional team to drive commercialization initiatives and achieve business objectives. Coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of commercialization strategies. Take full ownership of key business metrics—ARPU, revenue, gross profit, ROI—and continuously optimize to achieve targets. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform and design innovative commercial strategies and growth plans. Identify monetization challenges across commercialization, growth, product, and operations domains; develop refined business analysis frameworks to diagnose and solve issues. Deliver actionable methodologies and strategic recommendations that enhance Lenovo’s commercial performance overseas. Proactively monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain Lenovo’s competitive edge. Foster a culture of strong execution, critical thinking, and market insight within the team.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercialization roles within the internet, mobile device, or related technology industries. Proven leadership experience managing user growth, commercialization operations, or business development initiatives. Deep expertise in at least one area: user growth, commercialization operations, or business development, with a strong understanding of internet advertising business models, market dynamics, and device-related traffic characteristics. Experience in device manufacturer commercialization is a plus. Exceptional organizational, communication, and execution skills with an ability to think independently and strategically. Excellent written and spoken English skills, capable of high-frequency business and technical communication with overseas teams and clients.

拥有独立带领团队的能力,并协调和推动相关配合团队,为联想海外商业化业务指标(ARPU、收入、毛利、ROI)最终结果负责;进行市场调研和竞争分析,制定创新性、可规模化的商业方向布局;具有业务整体闭环打通的能力,能够从商业化、增长、产品、运营领域,主动发现业务变现问题,沉淀业务分析思路,输出方法和业务策略;

岗位要求:

1、5年以上互联网或移动端厂商商业化相关经验,为用户增长、商业化运营、商业化业务拓展的负责人;

2、在某一单一领域(用户增长、商业化运营、商业化运营、商业化业务拓展、)有较强实践经验,对互联网广告商业模式、市场趋势、设备端流量特性有充分的理解和清晰的业务思路;

从事设备厂商商业化工作者优先;

3、优秀的统筹能力,推动力和执行力强,对行业发展趋势有自己的独立思考,有敏锐的市场洞察能力;

4、英语书写及口语能力优秀,满足与海外合作企业及客户的高频商务及相关领域技术沟通;
