IQVIA is seeking a Commercial Training Associate to support the development and delivery of commercial training for sales teams operating across multiple countries.

This role will focus on product training, selling‑skills development, workshop delivery, and coaching support, as well as the creation of digital training assets (including avatar‑based content) to enable effective multi‑language training delivery. The position will work closely with commercial, marketing, and medical stakeholders to support capability development across Sales Representatives and Field Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver commercial training focused on product knowledge and selling skillsSupport the creation and adaptation of training materials for different markets and audiencesCreate digital training assets, including avatars, to support multi‑country and multi‑language training deliveryDeliver instructor‑led and virtual training workshopsProvide one‑to‑one coaching to support upskilling in product knowledge and selling skillsSupport the assessment of training needs and identification of training gapsWork closely with commercial, marketing, and medical teams to ensure training alignment and relevanceEnsure training materials and delivery follow agreed standards and internal compliance requirements

Skills and Experience

Experience in commercial training, sales training, or a training enablement roleExperience developing and delivering training content or facilitating training sessionsStrong communication and facilitation skillsConfidence using digital tools for training delivery and content creationAbility to work independently in a fast‑paced, time‑bound environment.
