As the Commercial Support Officer for the Pratt and Whitney (P&W) Programs, you would have the opportunity to work across multiple engine programs at various stages in their life cycle. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for reviewing and understanding customer demand profiles and interact with customer regarding demand changes. - Responsible for proposing demand profile on the part number level as input to the GKN Aerospace SIOP process.- Ensure agreed/approved demand profiles are updated in local site ERP system (i.e. sales order, APO, and ESIOP)- Responsible for providing commercial support and contract order administration support to the IPT team.- Reviews customer purchase orders for acceptability (terms & conditions, pricing, delivery, specifications, government regulations and legal requirements) and prepares sales order and related directives. - Handle all aspects of product returns and repairs including calculating costs of repairs in accordance with company policies and procedures- Supports the Commercial Manager/Officers in managing bids from the customer.- Ability to integrate with internal processes and departments to highlight commercial issues to the program.- Support the interface with the business to highlight contractual obligations to its customers in order to avoid breach of such obligations.- Coordination of commercial communication to and from internal and external customers.- Establishing and controlling robust document management in the IPT and towards/ from the customer.- Support monthly stock take reconciliation for RRSP program Job Qualifications + Degree in business, law, engineering or other related field + Fluent in English + Great analytical skills + Great communications skills + Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel + Prior experience of using SAP is plus Employment The selection process takes place continuosly.
