The Superintendent will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget constraints. You will manage project timelines, coordinate with various teams, and supervise construction processes to comply with project specifications.
ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams for timely completion.Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.Ensure adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards to maintain a safe work environment.Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Essential SkillsProven experience in construction management and supervision.Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project.Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Leadership and team motivation abilities.Problem-solving skills to address and resolve construction issues.Attention to detail for accuracy and precision in construction processes.Time management skills for balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.Decision-making skills to positively impact project outcomes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
