Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
Your ‘day to day’:
As Commercial Strategy Sr. Specialist you will be responsible for proactively support the commercial organization in the effective implementation of strategy & plans for all commercial streams and channels [B2B, B2C e B2B2C], in line with company business objectives. Support the commercial organization in the multi-category management of the business by facilitating and accelerating the implementation and use of new digital and remote working methods.
You will work in a highly dynamic and demanding environment, contributing to the achievement of our company's mission, leading a smoke-free future. You will be responsible of:
Route To Market Strategy: Contribute to the definition and use of the multi-category segmentation of the trade in the light of the different target consumers and the different categories marketed. Support your manager in guiding the commercial departments in defining and implementing plans in line with the company's strategic priorities. Manage and coordinate OB-IBPs-RFs: Oversee and coordinate the sales and operations planning processes (OB-IBPs-RFs) to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and optimize operational efficiency. Forecast SFP products: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for SFP products, utilizing data analysis and market trends to support informed decision-making and ensure inventory availability. Develop and execute new product launch strategies: Design and implement effective strategies for new product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market introduction and maximize consumer adoption. Commercial projects: Contribution to commercial projects and plans by adapting and developing business processes in line with commercial strategiesWho we’re looking for:
University degree: Business, marketing, economics or similar. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. High analytical skills needed. Excel management is mandatory. Experience in business planning and strategic plan on local market. Strategic vision, planning and forecasting experiences. Expertise in effective stakeholders’ management and communication.
