As the Commercial Space Business Analyst at H&M, you use sales, customer, and market insights to optimize the assortment and guide commercial decisions, ensuring the offer remains relevant across all channels. You apply data-driven improvements and collaborate across functions to support efficient implementation and layout productivity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Optimize assortment mix and size of offer
Secure project implementation & execution
Execute allocation actions for all store projects (new stores, rebuilds and closures), aligned with project phase planning and coordinating timeline with logistics and area teamsPerform on-site visits with Visual Project Lead, to ensure strong commercial execution and optimal customer experience.Follow up project performance on and share learnings with Sales Market and GlobalUse insights and forecasting to support smarter product positioning and improve the relevance of the offer across retail, digital, and market channels.Use insights and forecasting to support smarter product positioning and improve the relevance of the offer across retail, digital, and market channels.Collaborate across function to secure project implementation and optimization of assortment mix and size of offer

You bring strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. You understand merchandising, expansion, supply chain, and store operations, and can link commercial insights to store layout and setup. You confidently navigate cross-functional work and support commercial improvements.
