Job Description A leading nationwide EPC partner is seeking a Commercial Solar Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple commercial solar projects in Southern California. This hybrid role blends on-site supervision with remote project oversight, offering a dynamic opportunity to lead installations, manage crews, and ensure technical excellence across large-scale solar builds. This role is primarily working from the office/virtually with occasional site visits. Location: Southern California Region (Orange County, LA County, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Maria, San Diego) Compensation: $55–$60/hr + Project Bonuses ($500–$1,000 per project completion) Travel: Mileage covered, hotel accommodations provided, up to 4 overnight stays per month Perks & Benefits: -Competitive hourly rate with performance bonuses. -Travel and lodging expenses covered. -Per diem provided for overnight stays. -Opportunity to work on high-impact solar projects across Southern California. This is a long-term (9-12 month) contract to hire engagement paying between $55 and $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements -Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial solar construction. -Proven ability to manage crews and foremen -Strong understanding of solar operations, installation, and electrical systems. -Experience writing RFPs and proposals. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. -Comfortable working in a hybrid environment. -Familiarity with commercial buildings/commercial construction.
