As a Commercial Service Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service and Maintenance Programs, while also contributing to general commercial support activities. As first point of contact, you will be a vital link between technicians, customers, and internal teams—coordinating service delivery and supporting long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Taking responsibility for coordinating the planning and delivering our Service and Maintenance Programs, including supporting renewals and expansions.Supporting commercial proposals and creating tailored service offers aligned with customer requirements.Acting as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with adding new devices, extending contracts, and exploring additional opportunities.Handling and supporting the Field Service team’s dispatch activities in our Salesforce/ServiceMax based systems by scheduling maintenance appointments and optimizing service technicians’ route planning to maximize resource efficiency.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and service program dataActively monitoring workload- and commercial activity related performance through Salesforce dashboards, identifying optimization opportunities and adjusting schedules and offerings when necessary.Providing support with other Service Administration tasks when required.Contributing your own ideas to improve dispatching and service program processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.Strong command of English and native-level Hungarian; additional Central European languages are an advantage.Commercial background with several years of experience in customer service, dispatching and administrative roles.Outstanding organizational skills and a structured approach to work.Experience with Salesforce/ServiceMax and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams).Team-oriented mindset, cooperative attitude, and problem-solving skills.
