Som Commercial Service Sales Specialist har du ansvaret for at forny eksisterende serviceaftaler og samtidig drive mersalg og udvikling i vores kunders installerede base. Med dit stærke kommercielle mindset identificerer og omsætter du muligheder til konkrete resultater og er med til at skabe vedvarende vækst i vores serviceforretning.

Du bliver en central del af teamet og opbygger hurtigt stærke relationer til vores kunder, hvor du arbejder proaktivt og langsigtet med partnerskaber.

As a Commercial Service Sales Specialist, you are responsible for renewing existing service agreements while also driving upselling and development within our customers’ installed base. With your strong commercial mindset, you identify and convert opportunities into concrete results, contributing to sustained growth in our service business.

You become a central part of the team and quickly build strong relationships with our customers, working proactively and with a long‑term focus on partnerships. You receive solid support from the entire organization. Yet, you thrive in a role with a high degree of independence, where structure, accountability, and the ability to create your own results are essential for success.

This position is located in Bronshoj, Denmark, and will be hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like this:

Proactive management and renewal of existing service contracts

Preparing quotations, cross-selling, and up-selling

Cross-functional collaboration with other commercial departments to ensure the best solutions for customers

Customer communication via phone and email

Reviewing commercial and legal terms


The essential requirements of the position include:

Speaks Danish at a native level

Has an advanced level of English

Has at least 3 years of experience with Service Commercial Sales in a B2B environment

Proactively creates new business opportunities through online meetings, phone calls, and email
