What You’ll Do

Lead and manage all sales staff activities to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Train, cross-train, and develop the sales team.

Monitor daily activities and ensure customer engagement.

Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive sales management experience preferred.

Proven track record with outstanding CSI scores.

Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
