Empowering Future Sales Leaders in Healthcare Innovation:
Are you energized by building relationships, solving problems, and driving business growth? The GE HealthCare Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a premier, two-year rotational development program designed for early-career professionals who aspire to lead in healthcare sales. 

Through three dynamic rotations over 2 years, CLP participants gain hands-on experience across GE HealthCare’s U.S. commercial organization, contributing to high-impact projects that shape the future of healthcare delivery. 

Job Description

As a CLP, you’ll build core sales capabilities through hands-on experience in customer engagement, territory management, digital selling, product training, and leadership development. Here is what you can expect:

Each rotation is thoughtfully designed to align with GE HealthCare’s commercial strategy and provide insight into how sales professionals drive innovation, customer success, and business growth. 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026 – all majors welcome 

Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments across the U.S. (relocation assistance provided) 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Strong academic performance demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply    

Prior internship or co-op experience in sales, customer service, or related fields 

Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills 

Adaptability, initiative, and a growth mindset 

Interest in healthcare and technology 

Analytical thinking and project management skills 

Inclusive mindset and ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
