Job Summary

A well-established company in the building materials industry is seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator to join their team in Limoges, Ontario. This role provides essential support to the commercial customer service team and inside sales representatives by managing administrative tasks, maintaining project records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, contractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while assisting in sales-related operations.

Responsibilities

Handle administrative tasks related to commercial sales, including opening, closing, and filing documents.

Archive estimate documents and maintain an up-to-date project registry.

Manage customer privileges and maintain the customer file database.

Ensure high-quality customer service in line with company standards.

Follow up on active projects with contractors and gather customer feedback.

Assist the inside sales team with administrative support.

Stay informed on company products, new offerings, pricing, and competitor solutions.

Communicate with management and foremen to ensure inventory is available for upcoming projects.

Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Professional and customer-focused approach.

Ability to produce quotes, material lists, and follow up with customers.

Required Knowledge and Training

Experience in the construction industry and an understanding of market trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of Ogasis software (an asset).

Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills.

Bilingual (English and French preferred).

Familiarity with hardware materials and finishing products is an advantage.
