We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.


What you'll do:

You’ll lead with strategy and execute with precision. Your day-to-day will include:

Owning and growing a portfolio of regional and national property management and ownership accountsGuiding customers through material specifications, contractor qualification, and project executionBuilding long-term relationships through digital engagement and in-person visitsIdentifying new business opportunities and private project leadsCollaborating with peers to share insights and apply best practicesPartnering with Product Managers to ensure accurate quoting and timely deliveryLogging activities and tracking project outcomes Leading and mentoring a team of Commercial Account Managers
What you'll bring:

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and relationship builder with:

B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials or constructionDeep knowledge of industry trends, financials, and customer needsA proven track record managing large, complex accountsExperience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools like TableauStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteA valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territoryThe ability to work remotely and from local branch officesPhysical ability to perform essential job functions (e.g., site visits)

Salary Range:

USD $111,000.00 - USD $185,350.00 /Yr.
