Skills and Requirements • 7+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction, or general contracting • 3+ years in a branch, regional, or operations management role • Strong leadership, financial acumen, and business development skills • Deep understanding of commercial flat roofing systems and construction practices • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills • Proficient in project and business management software (Sage CRE 300, The Edge preferred) • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel regionally as needed • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field • PMP certification or equivalent project leadership credentials • Experience managing multiple crews and project managers in commercial roofing • Familiarity with metal wall panels and complex envelope systems Roofing & Panel System Expertise (Preferred) • Modified Bitumen • TPO • BUR • EPDM • PVC
