We are seeking a commercially driven Commercial Real Estate Agent or Broker to join a fast-paced, high-performing Investment Sales team built on collaboration, discipline and collective success.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales campaigns for commercial properties

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers

Source new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking

Conduct market appraisals and provide strategic advice to clients

Negotiate sales agreements and heads of agreement

Prepare marketing materials in collaboration with internal and external marketing teams

Maintain accurate records of listings, inspections, and client interactions (CRM systems)

Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders

Coordinate property inspections, open days, and client meetings

Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall team performance

About You

New or proven experience in commercial real estate, property, or a related sales environment

Strong business development and relationship management skills

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of local commercial property markets

Requirements

Current Real Estate License / Certificate of Registration (State-specific – NSW, VIC, QLD, etc.)

Valid driver’s license

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or related fields (desirable)
