Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a **Commercial Quality Specialist** reporting to the Commercial Quality Cluster Head and to be based in Beerse (Belgium). **Position Overview** As a Commercial Quality Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Quality Policies & Standards to drive our commitment to high quality products and services. Your responsibilities will include: + **Inspection Readiness:** Keep the organization prepared for audits and inspections. + **Internal Audits:** Own the internal audit schedule and assist in completing both internal and external audits. + **Training Oversight:** Provide in-depth knowledge and strategic oversight on training processes for the local organization. + **Nonconformances:** Lead nonconformance investigations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). + **Change Controls:** Coordinate the management of change controls for new product launches. + **Quality System Management Review:** Prepare and complete the review of the Quality System with the senior leadership teams. + **Metrics:** Keep oversight on the key performance indicators and metrics. Implement appropriate actions to address any negative trends. You will execute the tasks to support our patients in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. **Requirements** We are seeking a person who is passionate about quality and meets the following qualifications: + **Educational Background:** A degree or equivalent in a science-related field is helpful. + **Pharmaceutical Knowledge:** An understanding of relevant pharmaceutical legislation and good distribution practices will be important for success. + **Attention to Detail:** Able to work accurately. + **Independent:** Act pro-actively and effectively under moderate supervision. + **Resilient:** Effectively navigate a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. + **Effective Communication:** Capable of communicating effectively with managers and peers while building positive relationships with business partners. + **Good Technical Writing Skills:** Ability to write detailed reports and documentation that meet regulatory requirements. + **Proficiency in English:** Candidates should be fluent in English to engage optimally in our international environment. Dutch knowledge is a nice-to-have + **Digital Skills:** An interest in digital solutions or proven digital skills is a plus.
