Job Description

1. Lead 2-3 members team and work with global commodity and local purchasing team to implement purchasing activities on specified material fields in China market;
2. Make material field/suppliers Strategy according to RBU business development and source and develop new suppliers;
4.Ensure material availability for production, managing escalations and critical supply situations (shortages, capacity constraints).
4.Take responsibility of supplier performance KPIs (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, Management - QDCIM) and initiate improvement measures.
5. Manage claims and commercial issues with suppliers.

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or master degree major in mechanical/Electronic engineering;
2. Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in Mechanical or Electronic industry, with familiarity in supplier management and cost control.
3. Proficient in negotiation, data analysis, and project management;
4.skilled in using systems such as SAP and Office software;
5.strong Chinese and English communication abilities.
6.Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests;
7.Good team player and networker;
8.Ability to work under pressure;
