WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

3+ years of experience in formal project management roles, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and business transformationsDemonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent platformsExperience as a formal project manager responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable project plans and business strategies, influence decision-makers and drive cross-functional collaborationProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for project planning, reporting, and executive updatesExperience in process optimization, performance evaluation, and ROI analysisProactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyProject management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) is highly desirableCommercial background: Experience in commercial planning, commercial strategy, or supporting commercial teams is highly valued. Understanding commercial processes, market dynamics, and business drivers will be a strong asset for this roleEnglish (business communication proficiency)

Lead major transformation projects: Scope requirements, develop project plans, manage execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiativesImplement new ways of working across teams: Support the market in adopting innovative collaboration models and processes, fostering alignment and efficiency between diverse teams.Drive adoption of project management best practices: Implement scalable processes, optimize workflows, and ensure alignment with business goalsSupport commercial planning: Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, optimize performance, and deliver business impactSupporting market teams: Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to implement commercial strategies and optimize performanceChampion continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and lead initiatives that enhance project outcomes and business impactMonitor and report: Deliver regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholdersDrive change management initiatives: Lead organizational change efforts, ensuring successful transition to new working methods.
