Commercial Product Specialist

**Whats the role**
The Commercial Product Specialist is responsible for coordinating, delivering and rolling out products, CVP strategies and activities associated with the product lifecycle. He/she will be the primary in-market Product stakeholder responsible for end-to-end commercial execution for Mobile (Postpaid and Prepaid), Broadband, TV, and Fixed voice to ensure service delivery and AOP objectives.
**What you'll do**
+ Work with Regional Product and Network Managers to agree on Product Strategy, Roadmap and KPIs.
+ Develop and launch new products and services (with Regional leads) based on unique market customer needs and competitive landscape as needed to grow the business and /or increase our competitive advantage.
+ Create CCNs and follow through to final approval.
+ Schedule and/or Conduct Product/Promotion sales training with Retail, Door to Door, Product Support and any other stakeholder.
+ Liaise directly with IT and billing teams for product/promotion implementation including product testing.
+ Along with Regional Product leads input, implement marketing strategies for all products.
+ Coordinate and communicate pricing strategy and ensure that this is in line with company’s overall strategy and aligned with Area/Regional strategies – based on local market needs and competitive market forces.
+ Lead FMC project in market across with emphasis on postpaid growth and FMC penetration.
+ Evaluate and provide timely feedback on all initiatives, processes, and operational changes.
+ Review all aspects of service delivery, addressing issues as appropriate to ensure that the issues are quickly dealt with and that service delivery is maintained at high standard, consistent with BU KPIs.
+ Deliver Product/promotional training to Retail and Customer service agents as needed to ensure proper roll out of new products and services.
+ Monitor and track local competitor performance and develop Business Cases to support and exploit existing products and new development when necessary.
+ Work with Marketing to ensure Product/Service content in the company’s marketing material, website, online, staff intranet and local media are accurate and relevant to ensure maximum exposure, accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of information.
+ Manage COGS, OPEX and CAPEX budgets (where necessary) to ensure efficient use of resources.
+ Any other duties commensurate with the position which may be assigned by the Commercial Manager.
**Knowledge and Experience**
+ BSc in Business, marketing or other related field
+ At least 3 years’ experience in telecoms with In-depth understanding of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
+ Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Web-based tools skills
