Commercial Print Technology Sales
Position Profile
Our Commercial Print Technology Sales role on our commercial print team sells the full RICOH portfolio to commercial print customers in the territory. The portfolio includes: inkjet, toner, digital embellishment, wide format, finishing, software, services, support and office products. Responsible for selling to established accounts and gaining net new accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Lead Ricoh’s expansion into the graphic communications vertical, crafting tailored strategies for customer engagement, segmentation, and relationship building.
· Inspire and educate clients on the game-changing potential of inkjet technology, acting as a trusted advisor to business owners and senior executives.
· Develop compelling ROI analyses for our solutions, demonstrating tangible benefits and value propositions to drive adoption.
· Drive business development initiatives within your assigned territory, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth.
· Act as a champion for customers, ensuring seamless delivery, installation, and ongoing support for our products and services.
· Exceed revenue targets by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in client interactions, consistently delivering winning proposals and value-driven solutions.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any technical or workflow issues with proactive, customer-centric solutions.
Qualifications Must Have:
· A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
· 7-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in high-volume printers, particularly continuous feed and inkjet technology.
· Proven success in selling within the graphic communications vertical, with a deep understanding of complex, consultative sales processes.
Qualifications Nice to Have:
· Certifications or advanced training in sales methodologies and processes.
· Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
