Description and Requirements We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Enterprise Sector Inside Sales Specialist to support Lenovo Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives. This role requires building strong relationships with distributor and reseller presales teams, ensuring technical alignment and operational efficiency across all stages of the sales cycle. You will act as a strategic partner, delivering tailored solutions, ensuring compliance, and driving growth through structured collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with presales teams of distributors and resellers, supporting technical and operational discussions.

Lead the development of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to Enterprise Sector needs, ensuring compliance and value alignment.

Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy, including backlog/won/lost management, collaborating with Sales Representatives.

Deliver training and presentations on Lenovo solutions, technical differentiators, and sales tools to channel partners.

Collaborate with logistics, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to align delivery requirements and documentation.

Conduct ongoing competitor and market trend analysis, providing insights to support strategic business decisions.

Monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement or overachievement of sales quotas, revenue, margin targets, and customer account coverage.

Drive operational excellence and support the development of business strategy, ensuring end-to-end ownership of the Enterprise Inside Sales Process.

Key Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of Lenovo products, solutions, and tools.

Proven experience in technical sales support, proposal development, and tender management.

Strong CRM skills, with experience managing sales pipelines and account records.

Excellent presentation and partner training abilities.

Effective cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills.

Strategic thinker with market and competitor awareness.

KPI-driven and results-oriented, with a consistent record of sales target achievement.

Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork and business goal alignment.
