We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber for a first shift, Monday–Friday role in Kalamazoo, MI. This temp-to-perm position offers $45/hour, a company vehicle, and a gas card—everything you need to hit the ground running.

1st shift 7 AM - 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including copper, PVC, cast iron, and PEX

Service and install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, eyewash stations, and water softeners

Cut, thread, and bend pipe; mark locations and cut access in walls/floors

Perform emergency services, unclog sewer lines, and respond to gas leaks

Troubleshoot and repair systems using blueprints, schematics, and manuals

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and building codes

Operate work vehicles and maintain tools, parts, and job site organization

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Michigan Plumbing License (Master license preferred)

Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or certified training program

Solid knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, tools, and installation techniques

Ability to interpret technical diagrams and follow detailed plans

Strong physical ability—lifting up to 100 lbs and working in tight spaces

Proven attention to safety and cleanliness in the workplace

Valid Michigan driver’s license

ASSE 5110 certification is a plus

Pay Details: $45.33 per hour
